Project consisted of the complete remodel to an existing 19,373 square foot facility. It was completed in two phases to expedite the permit process and allow the owner access to the interior of the building while the work on the exterior was competed. The building was broken into two areas; a 9,773 square foot service area and a 9,600 square foot showroom and administration area. The interior of the building was completely renovated to accommodate all aspects of the new dealership. A new tile floor was installed through out the showroom with an exposed wood ceiling and new lighting throughout. The exterior phase of the project consisted of repaving the entire parking lot, installing new site lighting, repainting the building, and the addition of new entry canopies.
