In the last few years we’ve added more than 1,200,000 square feet of suburban office projects to our resume. Project North Creek Technology Campus, Building Q Bothell, WA Owner Schnitzer Northwest, LLC Architect SynThesis, LLC Description This 70,000 square foot flex-tech suburban office building was constructed adjacent to Building P in the Tech Campus II at Schnitzer North Creek. The exterior skin incorporated a brick veneer cast into the panels. Project also included extending existing Tech II parking lot.
