The construction of large tilt-up concrete warehouses have been a large part of our success over the years. We have successfully completed approximately 6,000,000 square feet of warehouse facilities in Washington and Oregon. Project ProLogis Park Pdx, Buildings 1 and 2 Owner ProLogis Trust Architect Group Mackenzie Description Building one at approximately 131,000 square feet, and building two at 68,000 square feet were constructed at 30’ clear, and 24’ clear heights to allow multiple tenant or large single tenant uses. The site was cement treated prior to an aggressive winter construction schedule. Both buildings consisted of concrete tilt-up construction, with architectural entrances featuring cornices and pilaster panels supporting the tilt walls and adding dimension to the storefronts.
